kcblinds.com respects your privacy and will keep all of your information strictly confidential. kcblinds.com will not sell or distribute any of your information, including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address to any third party. The manufacturers that kcblinds.com represents will only be given the information they need to process and fulfill your order. Our customers credit card and check information will not be shared with anyone outside of our accounting department.

Shipping Policy

Kcblinds.com offers free shipping in the continental United States(48 states) for most products up to 96” in width. We typically ship with UPS and FedEx unless the product is over 96”. If you would like information on products over 96” call us locally in the Kansas City metro area at 913-957-8528.

Shipping Dates

Production times are approximate based on the average order volume the factory is experiencing. Holidays, weekends, and shortages will affect the add to the time that we estimate.

Samples

KC Blinds.com offers up 10 color samples per customer. If you need more than 10 we charge $1.00 per sample.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the course of normal business. Cancellations or changes can only be made before production has begun usually within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds can only be given if we incorrectly order or the manufacturer incorrectly makes the products. We offer professional measuring and installation for those who are not comfortable taking care of this on their own.
